The most dangerous cities in the United States of America in 2023 on this list are actually wonderful cities. Truth be told, there is no city in the world today that is 100% safe. Being on the list does not mean you should not consider living in these cities. 


You may find this article helpful if you are planning to move to these cities or you are planning to relocate to the US. At the end of this article, you will find some safety tips that are helpful wherever you are in the world. 


Most of the crimes reported from these cities listed here happened majorly because individuals involved in disputes are unable to handle them well. The use of illegal guns and drugs also contributed to the high crime rate.

Baltimore city is situated northeast of Washington, D.C. Baltimore was founded in 1729 and was named after the seat of the Calvert family (Irish barony of Baltimore). It is the largest city in the state of Maryland.

3. Do not walk alone in isolated areas, walk in well-populated areas.

4. Always walk with confidence and physically distance yourself from other people, so that they cannot touch or grab you.

6. Do not display your expensive belongings, for instance, do not count your cash in public and do not display your expensive gadgets.
